Pressi’s Collections uses third party payment gateways for processing payment of all orders from the Website. Pressi’s Collections is not responsible for any delays or cancellation of orders due to any payment related issues. Cancellation Policy:

Pressi’s Collections reserves the rights to cancel orders at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where delivery is excessively delayed or the shipment is untraceable. In such cases the customer will be refunded the full amount paid.

Cancellation by customer:

The order cannot be cancelled by the customer once the payment is done.

Return policy:

Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight variations in colour or feel of material.

If case you received a wrong or damaged product, kindly email us at pressis.collections@gmail.com with 360° parcel opening video without any cut or edits. In such a case exchange can be done at our own courier cost.

Refund Policy:

Receipt and Inspection:

Upon receiving the order, customer should inspect the package for any damage. In case of any damage or discrepancy customer should report to pressis.collections@gmail.com within 24 hours along with 360° unboxing video.

FRAUDULENT/DECLINED TRANSACTIONS

If any person is using the site fraudulently, Pressi’s Collections reserves the right to recover the cost of goods or any other charges that occur from that person. Pressi’s Collections also has the right to take legal action against a person who is using the site fraudulently.

Colours of products

Pressi’s Collections takes every possible effort to display the colour of products that is visible on our site as perfectly as possible. Although the actual colour of a product you see on our site will depend on your computer screen or mobile screen’s resolution. We do not give any guarantee that your screen will display the product colour accurately.

We request our registered users to leave feedback after the transaction has been completed. Feedbacks help us to improve our services as well as other users will be able to know your shopping experience.
